MINIMUM ORDERS
No minimum order required.
PAYMENT TERMS
Open account to approved companies. 1% 10 N30 days. New accounts should
provide credit references. Freight and handling charges are not subject
to discount.
VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS accepted.
PRICING
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. All discounts are based on the manufacturer’s
most recent list price schedule.
QUOTATIONS
Prices are based on cost and conditions existing on the date of quote and
are subject to change by Seller before final acceptance. All quotations
are valid for 30 days. Extensions available upon request.
SALES TAX
Prices do not include applicable federal, state or local taxes. Sales tax
will be added to all taxable items. If you are exempt from sales tax, an
exemption certificate must be on file with KTEC.
ANNUAL PURCHASING AGREEMENTS
Special terms and conditions will apply to annual agreements and consigned
inventory programs. Contact your local KTEC representative for more information.
ANNUAL REBATE PROGRAMS
Special programs are available for customers reaching qualified levels of
annual purchases from KTEC. Contact your local KTEC representative for further
details.
FREIGHT POLICY - DOMESTIC
FOB: Shipping Point. Orders under 150 lbs. shipped UPS prepaid & added to
the invoice. For orders shipped via common carrier, it is the responsibility
of the user to specify by name which common carrier is chosen. Otherwise,
KTEC will choose the most efficient shipping method.
FREIGHT POLICY - INTERNATIONAL
FOB: Shipping Point. Customer is responsible for customs clearance and broker’s
fees, import duties and taxes.
EXPRESS SERVICE
If you need immediate delivery, let KTEC’s customer service department assist
you in selecting the fastest means of shipment.
DROP SHIPMENTS
Manufacturer’s freight policies apply. A drop shipment fee may occur depending
on the manufacturer’s policy.
RETURNS
If after 5 working days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
you may return the product for replacement or credit. An RMA number must
be issued by KTEC’s customer service department prior to the return. Restocking
fees are subject to manufacturer’s return goods policy.
DAMAGED FREIGHT/CLAIMS
Title and risk of loss is passed to the customer upon acceptance of the
shipment by the carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to file
a claim directly with the carrier for any damaged or lost products.
WARRANTIES / DISCLAIMERS
Products referenced in this web site are warranted to our customers by the
applicable manufacturer warranty and specifications. KTEC makes no other
warranty, expressed or implied regarding the merchantability of the products
or their suitability or fitness for any particular purpose or use. KTEC
will transfer all applicable warranties from the manufacturer. Buyer shall
not be entitled to, and KTEC shall not be liable for indirect, special incidental
or consequential damages of any nature, including, without being limited
to, loss of profit, promotional or manufacturing expenses, overhead, injury
to reputation or loss of customer. Any recovery for a claim shall not exceed
the buyers original purchased price.
