FOB: Shipping Point. Orders under 150 lbs. shipped UPS prepaid & added to the invoice. For orders shipped via common carrier, it is the responsibility of the user to specify by name which common carrier is chosen. Otherwise, KTEC will choose the most efficient shipping method.FREIGHT POLICY - INTERNATIONAL
FOB: Shipping Point. Customer is responsible for customs clearance and broker’s fees, import duties and taxes.EXPRESS SERVICE
If you need immediate delivery, let KTEC’s customer service department assist you in selecting the fastest means of shipment.DROP SHIPMENTS
Manufacturer’s freight policies apply. A drop shipment fee may occur depending on the manufacturer’s policy.RETURNS
If after 5 working days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for replacement or credit. An RMA number must be issued by KTEC’s customer service department prior to the return. Restocking fees are subject to manufacturer’s return goods policy.DAMAGED FREIGHT/CLAIMS
Title and risk of loss is passed to the customer upon acceptance of the shipment by the carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim directly with the carrier for any damaged or lost products.WARRANTIES / DISCLAIMERS
