Pre-Cleaned VOA Vials
40mL clear and amber borosilicate vials with 24-414 open-top white PP caps and PTFE/silicone septa. Configured as standard glass, Class II precleaned, or Class III precleaned & certified for trace VOC, semivolatile, and PFAS workflows.

Not every sample needs Class III. But when a method specifies it, sourcing the wrong tier is how false positives sneak in. Here's how the levels stack up.
Class I
Standard Glass
Production-quality borosilicate vials and caps shipped as-supplied from the manufacturer. No cleaning protocol applied.
- Clear or amber borosilicate
- PP caps with PTFE/silicone septa
- Sealed case packaging
Best for: Non-regulated sampling, internal QC checks, training, or methods where the lab performs its own bottle prep.
Class II
Pre-Cleaned
Washed in laboratory-grade biodegradable, non-phosphate detergent, rinsed with ASTM Type I deionized water, oven-dried, and assembled in a contaminate-free environment.
- Detergent wash + ASTM Type I rinse
- Oven-dried, contaminate-free assembly
- Ready for immediate field use
Best for: Routine drinking water, wastewater, and groundwater work where method blanks need to come back clean without lab-side prep.
Class III
Pre-Cleaned & Certified
Same wash and assembly protocol as Class II, plus the certified-clean designation for trace and ultra-trace work.
