Pre-Cleaned Vials & Bottles for Environmental Testing
If your method calls for a clean container, the container itself can't be the source of contamination. KTEC's 40mL VOA vial program ships in Class I standard glass, Class II pre-cleaned, and Class III pre-cleaned & certified configurations — built around the cleaning protocols and packaging environmental labs actually use.
Vials & Bottles, One Source
Whether you're collecting purgeables for a 524.2 run or pulling a metals composite, the right container, closure, and liner is part of the method — not an afterthought.
Pre-Cleaned VOA Vials
40mL clear and amber borosilicate vials with 24-414 open-top white PP caps and PTFE/silicone septa. Configured as standard glass, Class II precleaned, or Class III precleaned & certified for trace VOC, semivolatile, and PFAS workflows.

Wide-mouth and narrow-mouth amber glass and HDPE bottles for metals, nutrients, alkalinity, and general chemistry are part of an upcoming KTEC program. Class II pre-cleaned and Class III certified configurations are planned to mirror the vial line.
Coming SoonClass I, II, & III — Pick the Tier Your Method Requires
Not every sample needs Class III. But when a method specifies it, sourcing the wrong tier is how false positives sneak in. Here's how the levels stack up.
Standard Glass
Production-quality borosilicate vials and caps shipped as-supplied from the manufacturer. No cleaning protocol applied.
- Clear or amber borosilicate
- PP caps with PTFE/silicone septa
- Sealed case packaging
Best for: Non-regulated sampling, internal QC checks, training, or methods where the lab performs its own bottle prep.
Pre-Cleaned
Washed in laboratory-grade biodegradable, non-phosphate detergent, rinsed with ASTM Type I deionized water, oven-dried, and assembled in a contaminate-free environment.
- Detergent wash + ASTM Type I rinse
- Oven-dried, contaminate-free assembly
- Ready for immediate field use
Best for: Routine drinking water, wastewater, and groundwater work where method blanks need to come back clean without lab-side prep.
Pre-Cleaned & Certified
Same wash and assembly protocol as Class II, plus the certified-clean designation for trace and ultra-trace work.
- All Class II processing
- Certified-clean lot designation
- 40mL clear or amber configurations
Best for: Trace VOC, semivolatile, mercury, and PFAS workflows where the method or your contract calls for certified containers.
Built for the Environmental Testing Community
We sell to environmental labs every day. That means we know what slows you down — and we've built the program around it.
Certified Configurations
Class III SKUs carry the certified-clean designation for tighter QA documentation.
Holding-Time Aware
We move on orders fast — because vials sitting on a dock burn into your 7-day window.
Case-Pack Configurations
72-vial cases and project-scale pricing tiers for routine and bulk orders.
Method Support
Tell us the method — we'll match the vial, closure, septum, and class.
Vials and Pre-Cleaned Vials
40mL clear and amber VOA vials across Class I, II, and III configurations.
